i parse it over 4 minute and the fastest time was a blink every 6 second with average of 1 blink every 7 second ish
longest was about 10 secs with no blink
10 secs of no blinking!!!!! your eyes would be so dry and hurt if you try that irl

With how frequently weather and fog obscures your vision in Vana'diel, I would fathom the precipitation levels would be high enough to not warrant having to blink every two seconds due to the amount of moisture in the air.
That said, the less blinking the better, super aggravating taking a group shot and someone dozed off at the clicker.
Isn't that a bit overly nitpicky? O.o
I mean...it's just blinking...and the characters do it often enough so it isn't weird. I mean no offense but why care about something so obscure?
I'd actually like a blink emote lol. A sort of "are you serious" or "what did I read" response.
Bind blinking to space bar, run WoD - face desk.*
Attach image. :P
I'm not sure if they have an open variable to it and that could be a nice misc. option, but I think for pictures as Kaisha stated- it would be too real world challenge lol. You would need to create a /eyespeeled facial emote, and people would want that to work with other facial emotes like smile, and to make sure those also work on top of posing emotes. xD
Not saying it can't happen- just curious of the consequences and remedy requested following.
*Although I shouldn't complain too much, the last 5 runs have been really smooth and calm.
Which is more like 2-3 minutes eorzea time! The horror! We should really blink on pace with every few seconds eorzean time or THE IMMERSION IS RUINED! /facepalm
But then imagine how many screenshots will be ruined by shut eyes!! The horror. Dx
