I know there are a bunch of threads on this topic already (including one I wrote). However, most are inflexible and require a lot of skills. Rather than necroing my thread (which has the same base rotation), I thought it'd be simpler to just make a new one with a clearer title.
90+% of my crafting is 1-2* 80 durability items. The requirements for crafting these at a 100% rate with a 1-button macro are really low, but I haven't seen 100% rotations that really aim at people with few skills and low stats.
Here are a series of rotations for various amounts of low stats and low skill. They are all variations on the same basic rotation (the full rotation that I use for basically everything, which is shown at the very end). If you have the listed required stats, they are all 100% rotations from all NQ materials (assuming no Poor conditions, though the full rotation with endgame stats hits 100% even with multiple Poor conditions). They are all single-button macros (15 steps or less). Every single rotation requires Byregot's Blessing (CRP 50), but all other level 50 skills are completely optional. Ingenuity (BSM 15/50) and Careful Synthesis (WVR 15/50) are required - the level 50 versions are better, but the level 15 ones can suffice with higher Craftsmanship and CP respectively.
Generally, the fewer cross-class skills used, the higher the stats required to hit 100%.
General Requirements for all rotations:
- Required stats for 1*: 328 Crafts (374 Crafts with minimal skills), 305 CP (334 CP with minimal skills), 330 Control (365 Control with minimal skills and/or CP)
- Required stats for 2*: 392 Crafts (446 Crafts with minimal skills), 305 CP (334 CP with minimal skills), 366 Control (404 Control with minimal skills and/or CP)
- Required skill levels: Byregot's Blessing (CRP 50), Ingenuity (BSM 15), Careful Synthesis (WVR 15)
- Highly Preferred skills: Steady Hand II (CUL 37)
- Optional skills: Ingenuity II (BSM 50), Careful Synthesis II (WVR 50)
- Contingency skill: Comfort Zone (ALC 50) [only needed in specific, low-CP cases], Innovation (GSM 50)[upon further research, can be replaced by Great Strides + changing Advanced Touch to Standard Touch in all rotations below (same exact quality gains for 2 less CP and no crossclass skill requirement)]
In the rotations below, the stat requirements outside of the [] indicate the 1* requirements, while the numbers inside the [] indicate the 2* requirements.

Modular Rotation (CS2, Ing2, Inno, CZ)
RequirementsOptional
- 374[446] Crafts (baseline), 328[392] (min)
- 354[393] Control (baseline), 322[354] (min) (Note: listed min Control requires listed max for Crafts; to use the Craft min, at least 328[360] Control is required)
- 342 CP (baseline) (options can increase or decrease this value significantly)
- Byregot's Blessing (CRP 50)
- Steady Hand II (CUL 37)
- Careful Synthesis (WVR 15)
- Ingenuity (BSM 15)
Baseline Rotation (18 steps shown, but four are mutually exclusive, so only 14-15 are used):
- Careful Synthesis II (WVR 50)
- Ingenuity II (BSM 50)
- Innovation (GSM 50)
- Comfort Zone (ALC 50)
Modular Alterations (change to required stats shown first, red lines are mutually exclusive (use at most one), blue lines indicate potential changes, and gray lines indicate no options present on that line):

(Note: when using the modular Great Strides option, you must double the extra control requirements on the next line. So, just adding in Great Strides and changing the next line to Standard Touch changes the Control requirement by -36[-39] + 2*(+6[+6]) = -24[-27])

- If above line is changed, also replace this line with: /ac "Careful Synthesis II" <wait.3>
Modular rotation summary: Downgrading the first Advanced Touch saves large amounts of CP at little Control cost and is the primary CP flex point of the rotation. Careful Synthesis II saves you exactly 15 CP without changing anything else (CS2 + CS2 = SS + CS; 120% + 120% = 150% + 90%). Comfort Zone saves you 14 CP, but prevents you from using other optional additions. Ingenuity II reduces the Craftsmanship requirement immensely while costing only a small amount of CP. Innovation + Advanced Touch (on step 10) = Great Strides + Standard Touch (on step 10); same exact Control requirements, but GS costs 2 less CP. I'm rethinking my use of Innovation anywhere where I'm not already using Great Strides.

Note on stats: With all turn-in i70 Artisan's left side, fully melded i55 accessories and belt, the AF tool, and an unmelded Militia offhand, you'll have 361 Crafts, 357 Control, and 348 CP (more than enough for the full 1* rotation). Upgrade the main hand into an Artisan's via turn-ins, and you'll have 393 Crafts, 374 Control, and 348 CP (enough for the full 2* rotation). In either case, you can get that up to 351 CP by melding 3 CP into the offhand.
