I'd really love some actual support on this from actual support staff. This is the third or fourth such thread I've posted on this problem over the last several months. It isn't going away. This is a problem that needs to be fixed, not just shuffled away.
Having the same problem... Also for over a year now... Does your chat also stop working a few minutes before the DC happens?
