Upgrated PS3 version for PS4 but i can't use the code in ps4. So, i lost ps3 version?

Hi all! well... i have the ps3 and PC version of FFXIV. I upgrated in the mogstation, the process says if i upgrade for the ps4 version, i will lose the ps3... but the problem is... i upgraded to ps4, but i can't use the code before 31 march( the time that will expire x.x) so i really lost it?

I can use the code(received it), but i don't have the ps4 right now... so, the code will expire in march 31, but i can't transfer because i don't have the ps4 now x.x sorry for my bad english, Portuguese here lol

Do you have the PSN account? If so, you can log in on the PS Store on the website, and enter the code there, no?

if you dont have a ps4 then yeah u cant play on ps3 anymore if you chose the upgrade option ;/ think it states that when ur going through the process on mogstation

Not sure why you'd upgrade to the ps4 version if you don't own a ps4!

Do you have a friend with a PS4? maybe you can borrow it to login with your PSN account and register the code.

It could be they assumed that upgrading wasn't a one-way road. An easy mistake if you're coming from XI where all you really needed between versions was the install disks.

when you do the upgrade you are told you wont be able to play the ps3 version. why anyone with basic understanding of "not able to" would upgrade without having the system itself that they are upgrading to is beyond me.

Do you have a friend with a PS4? maybe you can borrow it to login with your PSN account and register the code.

^ this atleast that way the free upgrade code dont go to waste or try looking around somewhere for cheap ps4 ;/
