Some of us use a mouse that has configurable buttons. I would like to open my in game menu with my middle button on my mouse like we were able to do in FFXI. Is there a way to do this?

Set your middle mouse button to use the - key on your keypad.
I'd love for some options where we can map mouse buttons similarly to mapping gamepad buttons separately from the keyboard bindings.
Actually I think SE may have plans for this later...
The problem also lies with the Windows APIs. The mouse only has a left, middle and right button. The rest of the buttons is function keys like "page up". Luckily most gamer mice can map those buttons to normal keys :P
Thanks for the help. Took me a bit to figure out how to do it. But I do hope that SE makes it easier to do in the future.
