Thanks but that has 0 answers to my questions. I checked there. I'm not worries anymore, Patch drops tonight and we will have most answers tomorrow. Thanks for trying though, i appreciate the effort.

Well, I'm not sure if breeding occurs at the house/stable, but there is a small link between racing/breeding and houses since the food that influences it stats may need to be grown in gardens and fed at houses.

looking at the screenshot it looks like you need to go to the chocobo farms in north shroud for it.

I'm more worried about how a chocobo with 4 stars in it's stats compares to a 1 star chocobo.

Not much to worry about. When your racer reaches a certain point it will move up a class, and no longer compete with lower ranking chocobos.
So worst case scenario you have a garbage chocobo that takes 20 races longer to move up a class because you come in last place in every race, while all those super-bred birds fly through your Race Class in 3 wins.
