Roulettes need better rewards

I think they should add a RNG percentage increase on EX pony as a new player bonus to encourage veterans to bring a learner along.

This ultimately is the same issue as always; no one wants to be a tank. Rewards won't matter, people just want to dps and take the easy way through the dungeons

Would help if SE gave tank achievements for roulette too instead of just EX/Coil.
