Roulettes need better rewards

There is some truth to this, but I don't think it's entirely accurate. I usually do dungeons as tank, but I don't really need to do anything other than expert to cap poetics, I also do trial since it's usually pretty quick, but all the others I rarely queue for. Since all the roulette rewards are just tomes I have no incentive to do anything beyond expert, however if there was some reward I was interested in I would most definitely start doing the other roulettes more often.

Almost right, I dont mind healing Ex and Hm Dfs. I do mind crazy speed running Tanks who don't use CDs and cant tank , trying to get shorter Q times. This is how I ended up healing Ex/Hm for FC members. I never Tank (War item lv 111) because no one ever follows my kill order and wont listen to me. So no Tank for You.
