    T13 FCOB Static Looking for Bard

    As title reads, we need a perm bard for our static.

    We have T10-T12 on farm, and are on T13 Dives Progressing.

    Raids are Tuesday, Friday, @ 9 EST to 12 EST, and Sunday we go at 8 EST
