Each class has a hunting log you can find it in the menu. There are 5 ranks to it you get a new one for every 10 levels you complete. How it works is each rank has a list of enemies to kill after killing certian groupings you get an xp bonus and when you completely kill all the marks in that ranks log you get another xp bonus

also as you travel around make sure to participate in any FATEs that you encounter, even if they're lower level, but take care in the higher level ones.
In fact, if the FATE is too high I would advice that you avoid it unless there's a large group also doing the FATE.

This is a technical issue on the server--we just got a patch yesterday. They are fixing it.

how do I get on with the game?

I am now level 15 but I can not find other missions to do.
there are a few, but I have to be level 36, what do I do to get ahead? because the more I go to other cities and more must be of high level.

What was the last main story quest you did? Sidequests are opened up with main scenario progress.

Go to your quest Journal. There are two tabs at the top, "Current" and "Complete". First see if you have a Main Scenario quest listed under "Current". If so, that's the next one you need to complete. If you don't have any under "Current", switch to the "Complete" tab, make sure the filter is set to "Main Scenario Quests" (which I think is the initial default anyway), and see which is the last one you completed.

I checked,

"Current" is empty and there is written "do you have pending duties", instead of "Complete" I think there are a list of missions.

But I can not find on the map other missions
