Jeez... $30 for T9 carry?

Out of curiosity, I asked a PF person, who was selling Primals and Coils, how much his T9 was going for. Not just him, but many have said 8million. I felt 8mil was too pricey.

Shortly after, a Gil seller sent a tell saying to get 10 mil for about $35. That $35 is two monthly subs lol...

But for real, $30-ish dollars for one win? What about Final Coil? I've grown to accept that I am never getting the T9 win (tried a lot, only seeing Golems twice).

3.0 coming soon. Hopefully Coil completion isn't needed to access that content since I have everything else done.

I'm lost why you're comparing gil to real money... I mean, the two are about as related as apples and oranges. Seriously, stop giving RMT credit for... anything. Though, if you really want to find out how much gil is worth in real money, ask around how much a wedding ring is worth. You know, the only 'legal' means of turning money into gil.

Sort of. He's the Primal of the goblins and the dungeon will take place inside of him. Sort of like how the 'real' Bahamut is too large to fight in Coil but we get to bust up dragons and avatars of him inside of Coil. Sometimes while on his hand.

T9 is probably the most nightmarish piece of content in the game to pug right now. It's worse than T5 when SCOB was relevant...

That Bahamut Prime is his real size and the large one is the primal version, just like loisioux (sp) is not the same size as Phoenix, that Bahamut the primal was created in the same way Phoenix was, just that it was the dragons crying out instead of Eorzeans due to the Allagans

Just a thought we play games for a challenge why pay to win? all your doing is filling a criminals pockets to progress one dungeon, why not learn to beat it rather than be carried. And not forgetting breaking the TOC if you pay Real money, which will enevitable get your account deleted / banned and what progress does that give? Nothing, just destroys what genuine challenges you have beaten, why jeapodise that for a single dungeon?

I'm really surprised at how easily people give up on coil. There are literally no mechanics leading up to golems besides placing meteors, which is an EXTREMELY trivial task.

You needn't worry about Final Coil being required to unlock Alexander, the end game for 3.0. Though if you want to beat the Coils for the sake of saying that you did them, I can understand that. If you were on Leviathan I would introduce you to a linkshell I was recently invited to. They helped me get my T5 clear for my Leviathan character last night. (I've already done up to T7 on my Behemoth character, so now, both are caught up.)

My first T9 attempt in DF I got to divebombs. I don't think I've ever gotten a group that couldn't make it to golems. I would try DF for a while.
