Whispers of the Gem

I am working on my Animus book, the last leve I need is the Whispers of the Gem leve in Whitebrim, I have verified multiple times that I am talking to the right NPC. I have completed the entire list of battlecraft leves about 10 times now over 5 days, and this leve will not become available. I have tried having friends help me clear leves, tried changing jobs to get it to pop in the list. Nothing works.

I posted this in the bugs section as well, not sure where this is supposed to go.

Don't know if you tried grabbing them all completing 1 and only turning in that one which than adds a leve to the list besides the ones you have active

But when not on the list, certain leves trigger the appearance of other leves. Once I get home, I can check to see which ones I have done.

Are you certain it's the right one? You have both gc and non-gc leves at whitebtim.

I might have described it a little wrong but I had a similar problem with a leve at camp blue fog and had posted it in the bug report section and the advice given to me by this person helped me make the leve I needed appear

Did you do some of the levequests that are offered to get the leve you want. Most npcs have like 5-6 levequests so you normally have to do 1 maybe 2 to get the one you want.

You can also pick up 4. Then do one but don't hand in and should give you the other 2 as options.
