And the Echo like buff continued on all the way through to Siege of Orgrimmar, dunno if it's still active for live content (Warlords).

Dont call that a sweeping nerf, though interesting, must of cleared stuff before they put that crap in, echo style nerfs still persisted I see.

But the last raid tier that got a sweeping nerf was first tier of cataclysm, that was no echo style nerf, that was the nerf hammer to the fights directly like 2nd coil.
