Steps:
As others have reported for the Ul'dah version, the game crashes when I attempt to view Gridania's "Imperial Devices" quest in my journal.

[I also had the game crash while attempting to accept "The Mail Must Get Through" from the same NPC--the game crashed during the dialog several times before I logged in from a different computer and was able to accept it.]
