he never said that flare wasn't a BLM abilty. You jumped to conclusion with your unedited OP memories.

On topic: I don't see why they couldn't do this. As it is, I only need 3 of my 5 cross-skills anyway, with 4 and 5 being meh. Easy to do and wouldn't break anything, I say: go for it.
