Suggestion: unlimit the cross class system.

Are you reading the op? No one is suggesting you can cross class jobs you already cant.

You shouldn't be laughing nor you should you be pretending to be the smart one. You managed to miss it 3 times so maybe I'm the one who should be facepalming?

For jobs keep it so they draw from just 2 classes but let them draw everything they've unlocked from those 2 classes.

WAR would still be limited to pug and gla cross but instead of picking 5 of the skills you've unlocked, you'd just get all of them, as in internal release, mantra, second wind, haymaker, featherfoot, savage blade ,flash, convalesence, provoke and awareness.

The trade off would still exist just much broader. Classes would have access to all the cross class skills at once. Jobs would have access to all the cross class skills from their 2 cross classes.

I think he was laughing at the poster he quoted mentioning flare wasn't a cross class even though he said black mage. The rest of what he quoted was right, but getting told black ages wouldn't be able to do what he thought the suggestion was because of flare is kinda funny.
