Suggestion: unlimit the cross class system.

Barrage is not a cross-class skill to begin with, I think you're missing the point of this thread.

"For jobs keep it so they draw from just 2 classes but let them draw everything they've unlocked from those 2 classes."
meaning give them everything for those two classes.
