Suggestion: unlimit the cross class system.

Rather than having classes draw 10 cross skills, let them draw all cross skills, the only restrictions being what you've unlocked and how much hotbar space you have.

For jobs keep it so they draw from just 2 classes but let them draw everything they've unlocked from those 2 classes.

The limitation seems a bit pointless as it is, the cross class system is already designed so you can't draw anything too broken from your cross jobs. It would just be nice if we could use all the cross skills we've unlocked rather than having to substitute in and out situationally useful skills.

Edit: since people are misunderstanding the concept here is an example.

GLA would have access to all cross class skills. Not just 10, all of them.
PLD would have access to all cross class skills from CNJ and MRD. Not just 5, all of them.
