2.5 Crit/Det BiS?

A lot of the WoD pieces are crit/det, which is pretty much the best you could ask for in terms of raw healing and damage power. Problem is, they're all i120 and I haven't been able to find any proper stat weights for healers. The two sets I'm comparing are:

The difference from the i130 to WoD is -15 mind, 57 crit, 39 det. Numbers will slightly vary depending on which stat you prefer to stack more of. That's almost 100 of our best substats in exchange for 15 main stat. I'm inclined to say "Worth it" but I'd like solid numbers to work with.
