I see the tank-fights all the time, but I don't play that game. Usually when the MT dies, I'm somehow next in line for the boss even though I've been in Sword Oath the whole time except for adds, so then I'll take over MT until that boss is dead or the other tanks want to tank fight me for it. It's all their's if they want it. Meanwhile, I'll just go back to picking up the adds that the third tank almost always ignores. Fortunately, I've still been in a fair number of runs where the first MT will just give up on the tank-fight too, and then I actually get some help with the adds.

Of course, it can cause problems when the other tanks either DON'T want to MT or just can't keep up the aggro, so they just let the boss run wild until I can voke-Savage it and pull it back. I'll sometimes wait to see if the MT can get it back on their own, or I'm just not paying attention until I finally notice the boss is running around randomly >_>, but when one of my party members is the target, I always take that as my cue to take over. There's usually some grief from the dps whenever that happens, but at least it's never targeting me specifically.
