And you get healers that don't heal too. In WoD this week, I was WHM healing and the SCH was trying its best to hide outside the purple line. When called out on that they went in and spent the better part of 1st boss encounter trying to hide and failing to avoid AOE or doom but tried their best to stay out my healing range. I marked them with a marker, so I can spot them more easily and keep them alive or res them which I had to do more than once, and the husband of the SCH started complaining about being marked. It was at that point I asked, "Is the SCH going to heal or res sometimes?", and the husband a BRD, promptly initiated a vote kick against me. Needless to say the vote failed, what was really satisfying was someone else initiated a vote kick against the SCH which passed even when I voted against the vote kick.

At this point the BRD said he was going to AFK or vote kick him because we just kicked his wife out of the party. I put up with a lot of crap, and if players want to draft behind others, I figure I can just solo heal the thing, but if you want to piss everyone else off then I can't even save them. Needless to say we got our replacement healers, things went really smoothly even with an AFK BRD and someone had him vote kicked just before the last boss.
