Ok, so here's my situation. Rank 16 fisher, fishing in grade 2. 70 in all my stats, Gathering is at 25, Output at 23, Percetion at 20. Using Goby Balls and fishing at the waters south of Camp Skull Valley (Pretty sure I'm using the right bait, as it says they're biting on Goby Balls). However, every time I fish I get one jig, maybe two if I'm lucky. None of my other DoLs are this luck based. I'm just trying to get some helmet crabs for the guild task, but most of my casts fail on the first jig, and the rest are sea cucumbers >.>
