Really though, a lot of their current focus seems to be about making the game more welcoming for the new/returning players they hope to bring back. This is something to look into to help accomplish that goal. I'm not sure how far they need to go with it to make people happy, but definitely more improvements/changes are in order. Both in the functionality and in pointing new players in the right direction.
