Honestly the most undisputable facts about this scenario are:

Claiming to need/want 8 people to do the tethers is silly.
Claiming to need/want the DPS in tank's group to stay outside is silly.

So pretty much undisputably the strat to go with is all DPS in. The main problems here actually arise from only semi-related things:

People should NOT be fighting the hecteyes in there. This not only isn't necessary and slows the process down, but if you kill them all before the stomach lining he spits you out without Cerberus taking the huge chunk of damage.
Offtanks should not be going in. One healer in there is enough, one tank is enough outside but 2 is safer.
DPS, once out, should be headed straight for any adds left, not Cerberus.

But go ahead, keep calling out the ABC strat like it's golden; it's one of the spots that gets me my bad-player-bingo all the time.
