    2nd chargeback, SE Account banned. Options?

    Hello, it seems my SE Service account has been permanently banned due to an accidental 2nd chargeback. Looks like SE tried to request funds from the wrong place and my account has been permabanned for it.

    Is there any way to recover my character data and copy it to a new account?

    I really want to pay SE and keep playing but it is really difficult to like this!

    Been playing since beta and have 6+ T13 clears. I invested a lot of myself into this game and if there is any way to recover, I would love to know.

    Additional info:

    Yes I know this seems like a question for SE Service support but there is nothing more they can do for me, or so I am told.

    Question directed to FFXIV Staff if possible? Is my character info able to be saved? Or anything at all that would help me starting over?

    You have to call or chat with support there is no way for them to save your character and put it on other account. So my advice is if you have a back up account or can buy other account go ahead and start over. Then everyday call SE or Chat with them to someone can help you with the problem. Sadly that the only thing you can do and i'm sorry your account got ban

    Edit: If Support really told you they can't do anything for you keep trying. Otherwise you pretty much lost your account and starting over is the only thing you can do or not play sadly

    In customer support circles this is code for "we don't want them back", usually has substantial proof. Chargebacks for digital content is always construed as fraud, and the OP will likely have to get proof it was an accident to fax to SE.
