    Best way to fix it is to throw out the PVE crap. I pvp to PVP not PVE. Make a hardcore match, made of 3 rounds, 3 mins long. the team with the most kills wins a the round, win 2 rounds game over.
    If every team wins a round it goes into sudden Death and everyone only has 1 life, players are marked so no one can hide.
