Are you sure that's right? a GTX 570 is just slightly weaker than a Radeon R9 270X, but stronger than a R9 270, which puts it in the "slightly better than a 150$ video card" market. A GTX 770 will only net you about 20% more performance, and a GTX 970 would be an actual doubling of the existing performance.
Yeah, I got this build after my laptop failed to run 1.0 for more than a month. It has run 1.0 on 30fps from patch 1.19 (October 2011) and ARR @ 30fps as we speak. It doesn't have to run dx11 version on max when it's made available, but I would like to avoid spending way too much to get a better performance.
