look at the maps of the new heavensward Coerthas areas and you will learn that it's the same 2010 maps in new design.
but why release these redesigned areas with the major updates when you can charge for it?

If they are "in a new design" how are they recycled? That literally means they had to redesign and remake it. Even the new game engine means they had to put man-hours into buildings the content. Why did you by ARR then? Most of ARR content is just recycled 1.0 content by your measure!
