Don't forget the armory bonus. With rested and food, that's 153% exp bonus.

Armoury (50%) + Rested (50%) + Food (3%) = 103%


Armoury bonus - 50%
Rested bonus - 50%
Heat of Battle - 5%; or Heat of Battle II - 10%
Food - 3%
[EDIT: + the bonus hats at low levels: 10% or 20%]
Chain bonus - (not quite sure what the range here is, but it can get pretty high if you can continue the chain long enough)

And all stackable with each other, so I think the max is 133% as a start before getting a chain going, then increasing from there as you boost your chain bonus. (I know I've gotten it up to around 300% while chaining, but don't know how far beyond that it can get.)
