It's an arcade game, hence you go to an arcade hang out and play it on a arcade box. None of SE's Arcade games have ever been ported to console or ported to the NA community.

People are wagering PS3/PS4. They'll perhaps take advantage of PSVita's Remote Play feature with it. That way, SE don't have to work on porting it to handheld.
Is Y-shtola popular in japan or something? She's in Curtain Call too.
I was hoping it would be that warrior guy, us(even though that sounds impossible.) or Thancred as the good side and Gaius or Lahabrea as the evil side.
I hope it does come over here somehow. It looks really cool.

Y'shtola is given the most screen time in FFXIV's 2.0 scenario, especially if you start in Limsa Lominsa (this is of course, excluding Minfillia). She's also technically the first 'full' White Mage (or Conjurer) to appear in a Dissidia game (and we already know some of her abilities, this including the ones seen in 1.0). Thancred is just a Rogue... with GLA abilities, Papalymo is a Black Mage (so he's automatically out because of Shantotto), Yda is a Pugilist (Prishe is a MNK/WHM and Tifa is a... Pugilist? Whatever the case, she's also out), Urianger has currently only summoned Topaz Carbuncle and nothing more and lolMinfillia.
Y'shtola just has more going for her in terms of screen time and abilities (deflect/melt bullets, block blades with palms, super shield, copies of herself, CNJ abilities).
Y'shtola does the thing. (whatever happened to Travanchet?)
Y'shtola makes copies.
