Hello,

I recently attempted to convert my trial account to an active account on my PS4. The instruction informed me to go to Account and proceed with the process. Upon completion and attempting to Log In after restart of the PS4, I was informed I did not have the correct copy. I contacted your customer service today only to be informed that they would not refund the purchase and stated I would now have to buy the PS4 version. I was told that I basically wasted my money by following the direction and would now need to pay for an additional license for the PS4. I will never use the Windows version, never logged in, and will not become a paying customer if this is not resolved. I refuse to buy 2 copies of a game, one of which I will never use. This is a very bad way to start a long term subscription based relationship with a potential customer.
