    Exclamation Crafting Inventory \ Bag

    Hi all.

    Maybe there r already threads like this but i think we must keep going on this topic

    Since there r a lot of DoH in this game if u want to spend a day to craft all the time and u have to switch between classes its really hard and, must say, annoying to take all the ingredients from there and there (retainers, inventories etc).

    So the suggestion is this: SE y dont u create like a special bag or a special inventory that allows us to store all our ingredients to craft? I mean its logic Too, if u want to craft with WVR well u have his special "store bag" and if u need something that requires (For example) a LTH or ALC or something else, well when u switch to that Class u have that special bag assigned to his own Class without all the mess in Your inventory\retainers.

    That Said, i dont Know if SE dosent make it bcoz of retainers business but , even with 20 retainers its still boring to search For the item, take it in Ur inventory and after that maybe u have to put it again to the retainer...

    Some of the same items are used by different classes, so what would you want them to share those items between multiple 'store bags'? How can one item be in multiple places at once? Maybe if you split them, but then you would still have to change class and move around items yet again.

    We're given a limit of item slots to begin with, what you're suggesting would basically break that, seeing how we'd only have to worry about dark matter to repair, food and HP/MP recovery items, maybe some medicine for spiritbond/durability bonus. And if you have a 'mess' on your character/retainers, then I suggest to take the time to sort for items, or perhaps sell some stuff that might just be collecting dust and let someone else put it to better use?

    Plus I'm a bit confused in why you're bringing this up, when you just scratched the surface of crafting? (Also might I add that having Alchemist as your first 50 will clutter up your item bag and more, they need a massive range of items to make much)

    Key thing in general: don't keep shit you can buy for less than 1K from the MB. Keep rare, expensive or HQ items but past that dump the garbage stuff like feathers, rubber or low grade wood etc.

    It looks like ur scared about this propoval. I mean its free dont worry lol. Nono im just jking but i think its an improvement to the game and not a bad thing at all. My job its bot a game developer so i dont Know exactly how to create this system but im sure that dev can do it easly. I repeat: This is an improvement not a "DEBUFF" lol i must use this retoric. But it seems that u all are scared about NEW things. I think its logic that each Class has his own bag for crafting materials

    Not gonna lie at all. But the way you type does not show that you are a "bot game developer".

    Also you have more then enough space for mats and the such. If you're running out, try selling things you don't need, like mats that are way to low for you to receive exp from it. Or give it to your FC to hold until it's needed by a newer player.

    No, what you're suggesting is to make everything EASIER. Just because you can make something easy, does NOT mean it should be put into a game. And seriously, don't jump to conclusions like 'oh u ppl r skared lololol', when people are just giving their thoughts on the matter, like how this would honestly make most items slots on someone's character, let alone retainer(s), basically moot. They would be un-needed. Plus what you think might be 'easy' for game devs to program, might not be anywhere near that.


    And again, your only 50 crafting class is alchemist, which has one of the biggest range of items they need to be able to craft anything. Try going around and asking people who have full 50's for crafting across the board.

    Not when you actually know how/learn to manage bag space. I have all crafting classes at 50, and I only ever have cheap materials when I make items for my friends, or get them when in dungeons and either save the HQ stuff that sells well, or just get rid of it at an NPC, possibly see if friends need the items.

    Why not implement a system like WoW did in their latest xpac? Give us a storage tab specifically for materials like we have for crystals and allow us to craft anywhere anytime without having to stop and pull out mats from the bank. Basically as long as the mats are in your bank or bag then they are accounted for and usable at anytime without the need to sift through your belongings for them. We have 2 to 3 retainers per person plus bags, it gets hard to keep track of what you have and where it is. It would be really nice to not have to worry about that and just see your total number of a particular mat in the recipe screen.
