This is the worst kind of player rudeness I have encountered in the game so far. If you are one of these people, you are an absolutely terrible human being. when i encounter someone who clearly doesn't know the fight, we back out and kick them, no discussion, no arguing or trolling, just quickly remove them and back in pf we go. if i am running a clear "TS REQ" is the first phrase in the comments yet somehow 4/8 people that join do not have team speak. The things these people say as they are being kicked... it's surreal.
you do not need a group of 7 perma - runners although having some perma members does help alot. I always have a few perma members that i gleaned from my fc, but I end up kicking two or three people from every clear party because of no teamspeak or no clue or no manners....
