Which world is the most friendly/social?

I am on Sargatanas at the moment, and finding that I don't really like it because the community is so... Weird is the least offensive word I can think of, I guess. I feel like I'm surrounded by a mostly anti-social population. I don't know if this is just the FFXIV community in general, but on Sargatanas, no one is really social. I see tons of players, and yet I never see them really interact(ing) with one another. Seriously, it's ridiculously creepy to be in major hubs with tons of players and only see a rare shout, usually asking for help or even more rare, recruiting. So, I'm here to ask: Which world is the most friendly and social? Which world should I go to if I want to see an active community versus one that makes me feel like I'm surrounded by serial killers who are just biding their time in ominous silence, preparing for the perfect moment to disembowel me (exaggerated example, but you get the gist)?

Also, before people from Sargatanas take offense: I'm not saying Sargatanas is a bad world, it's just bad for me. I like playing with others when I play an MMORPG. I realize other people like to pretend MMORPGs don't contain a multiplayer aspect to them, and like to keep to themselves. I say power to those people, everyone should play how they like, but I'm not one of those people (sorry for the extra post, I didn't have enough room to add this to my original post).

I'm not even sure what raid sellers are, but it doesn't like it has anything to do with a friendly/social world, but I could be mistaken.

A raid seller is a guy who say: If you give me like 30 million gil, me and my 6 other buddies can kill T10 for you and give you the loot. You just suicide at the start of the battle and let us do the dirty job.
