Maybe you should stop greifing adders and focus mael?

OK then stop leaving mid node at half health and running aaway. That gives mael tons of point when they come finish off the node. Hyperion is on primal.
I am confused how this is even an issue. Let's look at last weeks PVP standings. Sort by however you like, but look at the vast majority of victories vs matches. Notice how almost all the Maelstrom members have a lot of games played, however their victory rate isn't very high? It's not that one team dominates the other, but more so how well your team is willing to cooperate or go with a strategy that works.
Sure Maelstrom and Adders gang up on Flames, but that's because they are expecting free points since Slaughter mode came out and they were never strong to start, but now that they are able to fend for themselves a bit more, people get a little salty because they can't get a free win like they used to. I know Excalibur has a strong Adders premade, which I have seen queue in with over a group because both groups hit the same queue, and more power to them for wanting to play with each other because by all means this game is an MMORPG and we should be playing with others.
Personally, I find PVP boring when I am solo, it's not my type of play. However, if I have people that want to go, I'm all for it. Whatever helps me get my level 38 gear.
My biggest concern as far as Slaughter(and those that want to play Secure) goes is the queue times though. When you can't queue in solo or with a group for over 4 hours in Adders because people took the bandwagon from either of the other GCs because the one they went to is winning more.
Maybe I should be more blunt. Stop complaining and change what you are doing to win some matches.
Or ... instead of crying and demanding Square reward your lack of effort you could formulate a plan, gather a group, and DO something about your GCs standing instead of whining.
Ok, sure, you're right. I shouldn't assume you're not being proactive in PvP but it shouldn't be that hard to eek out a win. I have a Slaughter 101 thread that might be of assistance, or not, if youre interested.

Solution: Form an LS on your server for your company for FL. Recruit people who are willing to listen. Form pre-formed parties. Profit. My problem over on Aether is that there are multiple Adders pre-formed groups on various servers and it drives queue times up. The "worst" GC (the one that tends to lose the most) tends to also have the lowest active population. This means that queue times for the "worst" GC tend to be the quickest, and for the "best" GC on the datacenter tend to be the worst.
Full group queue times for Adders on my datacenter are generally 1-3 hours for FL, but you shouldn't have that problem. So, turn your disadvantage into an advantage - quick queue times will really help jump-start your LS.

The only way to have a really meaningful impact is to get your own team. Start checking who's on your data center after matches and start throwing out invites to a linkshell, as long as people look like they're at least semi-competent. Having a full group that's onboard with a strategy and works together will usually trump a disorganized PUG group, even if the average skill level of the pugs is slightly higher. You can also help the people you meet gear up, learn how to effectively use their pvp skills, and get better. If you're willing to invest $5/month in a mumble server that will help (also useful if you want to actually talk to your FC or other friends you meet).
Alternatively, if you can't put a group together you can probably stick to queuing secure. I've only ever had 24-man secures since the last patch, and with 24-man matches as a single person you can have a much bigger impact on the outcome. There is also a higher variance in who wins as the skill level distribution is over a smaller number of people, so you'll get wins there if you stick with it.
