Tents: Not game-changing, just something I would like to see

I have not managed to play literally all versions of Final Fantasy, but in the ones that I have had the chance to play, there are tents.
I have brought this up as I would like to see them, especially the tents from Final Fantasy 9.

I am aware that a tent would be obsolete, assuming there's no difference in it's purpose.
Therefore, I would like to propose it to be implemented as an item to provide some sort of a Well-Rested buff which can be used (out of battle) up to a certain number of times. A good number would be 8, for a full party.

That would be cool, especially after 3.0 with much larger areas to explore.

I can see something similar to what they did in XI... from what I remember. When you ate food in that game, you were considered 'full'. so you were unable to eat anything for a fixed amount of time, and I can see maybe a small buff like 'Energized' or such for using them, but making them unable to be used too often.

Could make it an emote action that puts a tent over you while laying down.

I can see it now..., people camping in their garden or out in the field lol
