Tooltip positioning?

Old thread but I just read it, there's an option under your Character Settings, go to UI settings then about halfway down under "Display Action Help" is a drop down box for where the tooltip is displayed.

Thanks for the reply. I did try out those settings, but they're of no help.

The three options there have the following effects:

• Follow cursor = current effect
• Fixed coordinates = tooltip position fixed at the designated place in HUD Layout
• Fixed coordinates reversed = just fixed coordinates but mirrored

What I'm looking for is to have the tooltip follow the cursor, but always display towards the bottom-right of my mouse cursor.
