Dye Request, like Meld Request but with dyes!

Make cash shop dyes obtainable by other means.
I don't even care if it a 1:1000000 chance, just give me the opportunity to use the game to achieve what I want. Reward me for my playing rather than just paying you more. Paying real money isn't fun. Winning a special prize is. It's a theme park, so let's have a carnival.

I think retainer's quick venture brings those rare dyes. I've been getting odd-rare dyes from it lately. Can't be sure though, haven't cross checked with cash shop list. ^^;
