if you state in chat with items, services, and gil, that if a player doesn't follow the agreed upon transaction, it is reportable and that SE can take action. Yeah, yeah, player dispute, but SE has also said that they cannot make rules for every little thing, and that player made agreements do have some power. I traded a 1 mil piece of gear to have it dyed, and I didn't get it back immediately. After they ported out, I reported him and Blister him. I later used that piece for glamor.

If your retainer could obtain a permit for melding and dying...that could a very good thing
