    Selling private plots

    I was wondering if we would ever be able to sell our plots? I got a house I want to sell but the only way I can see is to make it an fc house then sell the fc.

    The way people have been doing it to my knowledge is to find a buyer - they pay you the amount you want - you relinquish the land - then they buy it right away - so the person who wants to buy it has to have enough to pay you and to buy the house

    Please allow us to sell our house and land!

    I would really like to see the ability to:

    Sell the land (Market Board)
    Sell the house and land - either furnished of unfurnished (Market Board)
    Refund the price of the land then it becomes a free plot ready for another buyer (NPC)
    Upgrade the land (If I own a small - I can upgrade the land to a Medium size for X gil then if I choose upgrade it to a large for X gil)
    Upgrade in a different manner - If I chose to buy a medium or large Personal house a system message will tell me my small land will be relinquished and I will be refunded the cost of the land (but not the cost of the housing permit)
