Unknown Soldier disappeared for ever.

We were fighting him (Unknown Soldier - NM) and I think that we activated a BR at the same time that he used his disappear move and he never came back.

I went and killed Bomb Baron (NM) in the mean time (Got the Flametounge) and came back to see if Unknown Soldier (NM) was respawned and he was still not respawned.

Steps:
1. Activate a 2 move Battle Regimen, not sure which one we did, at the exact same time Unknown Soldier used his disappear move and he never came back once disappeared.

2. Not sure if the Battle Regimen had anything to do with it, but I suspect so since in previous fights Ive noticed that the B.R. activates on U.S. even when he is vanished and untargetable.
