Implementation of a "Tail Toggle"

This thread reminds me of something I noticed a while back.

There is no space in this skin-tight costume to hide the tail

It depends on normal clothing, for example usually it's only the skin tight stuff that doesn't clash, but when you have bulkier clothing, it tends to clip quite a bit.

Examples:

SE should add tail slits again to the gears, like they did during 1.x
