Any suggestions for a card? And to find the receipt to return it

Depends what kind of performance you are looking for.
I.E. 60 FPS @ Max 1080p resolution.

Also depends on what the rest of your system is. Like I wouldn't recommend a GTX 980 if you are running a Core2Duo/Phenom II Dual Core
