[Sargatanas] PST Static <Legacy FC> Looking for Caster or Melee DPS for 3.0 Progressi

Legacy FC's Static 1 aka PST Static is currently looking to fill our Caster role for 3.0 Alexander Hard and farming the rest of Final Coil. We would also be willing to fill the spot with a MNK or NIN with a melee sub.

Laela Prismriver, Krystal Raina, and I, Kaiyoko Star, are facilitators for the PST Static. The group is currently clearing Turn 13 on a weekly basis. Most of our members have been in the group since the First Binding Coil of Bahamut and have achieved "Out of a Bind I" on 12/06/2014, continuing to double clear each week with over 300+ items obtained in the Final Coil since its release. We've also defeated Turn 6 Savage in 2.3. In 2.4 we've also taken the time to finish T8 and T9 Savage with plans on completing T7 Savage as well.

We employ a nine member static structure, which allows the group to run for progression on a five day per week basis. This allows us optimal up time to raid as often as possible while still allowing a lenient schedule for school, work, or other priorities. We meet five days a week for three hours per run and will occasionally put more time during periods of high progression. To give perspective, we spent some weekends running two three-hour sessions while working on progression. We raid based on Pacific Standard Time and meet regularly at 9:30PM PST and conclude our runs at 12:30AM PST.

Our Static also requires all of its members to have an Alt character leveled and geared with the same class as their main character.This enables the group to obtain double the loot from coil and also enables us to take all 9 members through farming coil each week. We do not mandate new members to have an alt when trialing for the static, but we do expect new members to finish their alt and have it coil ready in a timely manner.

We put a strong emphasis on the following categories within our group:
- Strong willingness to learn
- Ability to take criticism and pushing yourself beyond your limits
- Constantly challenging yourself and your group to perform better
- Effective communication in-game, voice chat, and forums
- Ability to have a good time and laugh

As of now, we are looking for a Caster ( BLM with SMN sub or SMN with BLM sub ) for the Final Coil of Bahamut AND 3.0 progression AT LEAST on the final phase of T13 to fill in our last available slot. Although we would be glad to consider anyone who is interested, we would like to find Casters who constantly strive for optimization of their DPS and maintaining the maximum capabilities of the job and role to their utmost.

We would also be open to taking in a Melee DPS with a Melee sub ( combination of 2 melee classes ) that has completed the Final Coil.
