Is it useful against mobs?
As i understood it reduces enemy resistance to magic attacks, but enemy mages attacks mob too. What about their attack power? It will grow too or my song increases attack power of mages in my party/alliance only?

if you reduce the magic resist of something everyone will deal higher dmg, your teammates as well as enemies
