Another thing that effects LB is dead teammates. I believe they are counted as a 0 towards the average.

Only proof I have was from doing T9.

People dead from Heavens Fall meant I couldn't kill the Ghost with Mage LB + Dots

And other debuffs on boss like trick attack or something? I think they don't increase LB but maybe someone knows it exactly :P

This was tested and no, unfortunately neither of them gets increased. It's just flat out LB potency scaling with the average ilvl of the weapons of the party it seems, regardless of the buffs/debuffs/circumstances.

Had a shiva HM in DR Trial this week someone bitched at the raised firsttimer monk that HE used the Limit Break "What a waste" "Weakness affects the LB strenght".... This completely wrong or am I mistaken?

Yeah lol, this is complete bs. ^^ I've also had alot of instances during ruda hm light farming where someone (usually the healer lol) complained about the lesser geared melee doing the lb (which makes absolute sense, since the better geared one can stay on the mob without sacrificing damage) because it does 'less damage'. xD I stopped bothering correcting those ppl, most of the time they insist on being right anyway, even if the whole party tells them that their wrong... ^^
