Leve Completion for Relic Not Recognized

Earlier today, I was completing my list of leves for my 7th book for the Animus Relic weapon quest. But when I completed my last leve, "One Big Problem Solved", while I received the standard reward for completion but it was not recognized in my Animus book. I did the leve again and still did not receive credit in my Animus book.

SE, is this a glitch? If so please fix it so that I can complete this book.

Are you sure you had your Atma weapon equipped?

Which book is this? The book name, because im pretty sure i have done this leve and it worked fine. Im doing the Thryus Animus so not sure if its related to your job.

You don't need to have the Atma equipped while doing the leve, but you need to have it equipped while you get your reward.

I had no issues with the other 2 leves that I did for the book. So it's strange that this third one, I could not get credit for completion.

The only reason I see is because you didn't have your Atma weapon equipped while turning in the leve.
