Best way to get Vit 4 materia?

Friend of mine suggested i70 accessories in Turn 4. Thoughts?

Probably a fairly good strategy. However, be prepared for tier 3's as well. I ended up with earth 3 from a crafted 110. I was extremely disappointed.

level 4 materia really has a low conversion unless u get extremely lucky i went through 9 sets farming in nth than at times n the only level 4 i saw was earth lol just range nothin more or less just pray to the game gods u get what u need :P

if u do get bunch of elementals IVs sb-ing. go to mutamix to transmute them. I bought a bunch of cheap IV materias one time just for fun. spent around 200k. got savage aim IV and vit IV in return.

You don't have a very good chance to get them from level 45-50 gear. It's there, but it isn't much. i70 gear in T4 is much better. I've gotten 50-60% tier IV materia when converting astral accessories. If you double meld them or single meld + potion it takes 5 runs to spiritbond a set. Without any melds/potion, I believe it takes 7 runs.
