    I have created the new PSN account to attach the SE account to but every time I open FFXIV, it is asking me for a promo code. The only thing i got related to this purchase was an email from PSN with my order number on it. Any suggestions?

    my guess would be that you need to buy the game on that PSN account if you have already done that then i'm not sure what to do other then contact SE
