    Valentione Day: Larsonient Missing?

    So I started the Valentione Day event quests in Gridania and did that short chain for Lisette that got me the barding. However, when I went to visit Larsonient in Limsa he was not there. He wasn't there before I started this chain either. He is just flat out missing. Is this a bug or am I just confused? Yes I am of course leveled for it.

    Larsonient was a part of last year's event so that's why you can't find him.
